How do I start?We start with a consultation call, scheduled via email or phone, where we determine if we're the right fit for each other. If we determine we're going to move forward, I would send you intake paperwork via email and we would schedule our first virtual therapy session from there!

Will my sessions be confidential?Yes, confidentiality is maintained during our sessions. However, there are some exceptions, such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others. I'll explain these exceptions during our first session.

What if I don't feel comfortable talking about certain things?It's okay to take your time opening up. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll go at a pace that feels right for you. You're in control of what you share and we will explore only what you feel comfortable with.

Can I bring someone with me to therapy?Therapy is typically one-on-one, but if you feel more comfortable having a support person join you for a session, we can discuss that option.

How often will we meet?The frequency of sessions depends on your needs and schedule. Initially, we may meet weekly or biweekly, and then adjust as needed.

Do you accept insurance?I am currently an out-of-network provider not affiliated with any insurance networks. However, I do offer the option of providing a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. ​ Please ensure to contact your insurance provider directly to ascertain the details of potential reimbursement and any applicable coverage criteria.
